Rated #1 3D Digital art and animation program for kids
What is 3D Modelling, Sculpting and Animation?
3D modeling is a technique that’s used to create a 3D representation of any surface or object. The 3D modeling process creates a digital object that’s capable of becoming fully animated, making it an important process for special effects and character animation.
Digital sculpting tools provide the power and flexibility required in several stages of the digital production pipeline. For example, during character design and exploration or environment design.
Why Learn 3D?
3D modelling and Animation is a coveted field and will create opportunities for budding artists and engineers to take their skills to next level.
3D modelers work in film and video production studios, game design companies, advertising and graphic design firms, web design firms, software companies, architecture firms, laboratories (both science and medical), colleges and universities, product design firms, and manufacturing firms (retail, home, tools, etc.). What age group to start at?
Though most students start learning in their teen years, Code-it Hacks has designed a simplified program to start as early as age 10.
For the course you need the following hardware:
Laptop or Desktop with windows or iOS.
If the students have access to both: a tablet and a laptop/desktop, it is the most ideal but is optional. That way they can watch the lesson on the tablet and build on the computer. This is completely optional
